REGISTRATION PROCEDURES FOR PRIVATE PIANO INSTRUCTION

All new and returning students seeking private piano instruction may select your preferred piano time slot and instructor for private piano instruction from the auto calendar below. Students may select one-half hour or one hour per week. The start date for each piano slot is indicated on the auto calendar below. Your time slot will be the same each week unless you request a change in your established schedule. The list of available piano slots is updated daily. Once you have selected your preferred piano time slot and instructor, it is highly recommended that you process your registration promptly. Online Registration is the preferred method. Your initial music books will be determined by your instructor at your first lesson and will be billed separately.

Register by Mail.  Print the Registration Form, complete, and mail the form and payment to Bryant's Music, P.O. Box 44074, Fort Washington, MD 20749.

REGISTRATION FEE

A non-refundable registration fee of $25.00 (per family living in the same household) is due for all students upon submission of the Registration Form for private piano instruction. 

TUITION INFORMATION

The monthly tuition payment is due in full and is non-refundable.  No partial payments will be accepted.  The length of lessons may be adjusted accordingly, by the instructor, as the student’s level increases.

When there is a fifth (5th lesson day (Monday – Saturday) of the month, the instructor will utilize these days as “make-ups” for holidays such as Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years, etc.

MUSIC BOOKS AND MATERIALS

All music books, CDs, and other music materials are separately priced and will be provided to the student by the instructor as needed.  The price of books, CDs, and other music materials will be billed to the student and must be paid by the due date on the statement.  The price of the initial books range between $20 - $25.

OTHER MATERIALS NEEDED

The following materials must be purchased by the student:

1.  Music Carrying Case
2.  8 ½  X 11 spiral notebook ( 1 subject) or journal
3.  Two (2) pencils and a high lighter
4.  ½ inch three-ring binder (hard back) for loose sheet music
5.  Music education software -- see instructor for details
6.  Metronome

PAYMENT DUE DATE & MONTHLY STATEMENTS

Payment is due by check, money order, or credit/debit card via a secure online transaction on or before the 1st day of each month, regardless of absence and studio closings.  Cash payments are no longer accepted.  There is no grace period.  If you enroll after the 1st of the month, you will pay a pro-rated portion of the monthly tuition fee based on the lessons remaining in that month. Current statements of student accounts will be prepared and sent by electronic mail during the third week of each month. Make checks and money orders payable to BRYANT’S MUSIC. 

LATE FEE CHARGE

A payment is late if not paid by the 1st day of the month, regardless of absence and studio closings.  A late fee of $20.00 per student will be charged to your account after the 1st day of the month.  If your account still remains unpaid on the 2nd lesson of the month, lessons will be suspended until the account is brought up to date.  An additional $20.00 per student will be assessed every 30 calendar days thereafter until the amount due is paid in full.

RETURNED CHECKS

If a check is returned unpaid, a $35.00 service charge will be assessed. Checks will not be deposited twice and payment for returned checks is required by money order or credit/debit card via a secure online transaction.  If a returned check results in a late payment, you will be charged the $20.00 late fee per student as well as the service charge.

DELINQUENT PAYMENTS

Accounts that are not paid will be referred to a collection agency.  Collection agency fees including reasonable attorney fees and all court fees will be the responsibility of the individuals responsible for the payments.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURES FOR GROUP PIANO/KEYBOARD CLASSES

Registration for group piano/keyboard classes can be accomplished by submitting a completed Registration Form with the required fees as follows:
